We have full time office staff and our business hours are from Monday thru Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 pm. Our location between Topeka and Manhattan gives us the advantage of providing real estate appraisals over a large area including our specialized knowledge and experience of rural residential and farm or ranch properties.
